Our menus are seasonally changing and we specialise in utilising local produce wherever possible. We often have one-off specials when optimum quality of produce is in stock and shining as a hero dish potential.
HSG At The Gardens’ vision is to provide our diners the ability to eat the best produce available, grown & harvested in season, enjoying optimum quality from their dining Experience.
We pride ourselves on our passionate team and we are always striving to create an iconic food brand that globally puts the bundaberg region on the map for both locals and visitors to enjoy.

Our local Bundaberg Regional growers have been an amazing support to our success as without them, really, we are relying on the “Current” food supply chain to provide us with the commodities we are so keen to showcase, and sadly, they can often be better travelled then you and I collectively.
You will see as you wonder around our grounds that we have a number of house grown herbs, we are slowly introducing edible flowers and our future goals are to include a series of raised vegetable gardens using a Permaculture Practice that we can harvest from directly when the kitchen team requires them.
Our current Service Offerings include: Cafe Experience, Lunch Services, Evening Dining, Weddings, Engagement Parties, Birthday Celebrations, Baby Showers, Wakes, Corporate Events, Fundraiser Events, High Teas.
