The menu selection below is for groups of 20 or more.
This format is suitable for private dining in the Gardens Room, The Courtyard or
on the Bromeliad Terrace.

GRAZING STATION- (GF)
For less than 40 guests, the Grazing food will be served on to paddles for shared guest enjoyment.
For greater than 40 guests, there will be a dedicated team member to serve the
grazing station for your guests.
● Assorted Barritt’s Butchery Small goods- Italian Sausage, Chicken Kabana,
Beer Sticks.
● Gourmet Cheeses- Smoked Cheddar, Vintage Cheddar, Blue, Camembert
● Grilled Vegetables- Eggplant, Zucchini, Capsicum, Sweet Potato
● Antipasto- Pickled Onions, Olives, Gherkins
● Served with Rice Crackers
