Showcasing 3 of Bleasdale Wines classic varietals and each wine will be paired with a seafood course.

Chef Dion has been challenged to work with Scallops, Oysters and Fish as the basis of the 3 Seafood creations, some come willing to enjoy the journey and and hear from local wine rep- Jo Stumbles from Sam Smith & Sons and Negociants.
