About The HSG Events

This will be Marks first Formal Wine Dinner in the Region and we are fortunate to be hosting him at this small group format premium wine & food dinner experience.
Join us as we showcase & compare different vintage wines from Marks favourite collections- Shiraz & Cabernet.
Marks cheeky personality will be appreciated by all as he shares his open kander around wine production and the appreciation of quality reds.
Included in the evening will be 4 premium wines, paired with 4 courses of food.
Also on the evening will be your exclusive opportunity to purchase cellar door varietals.

Shirvington started in 1996 when the family purchased 16 hectares of prime land in Willunga (now known as White’s Valley), South Australia. Willunga is just south of McLaren Vale on the Fleurieu Peninsula, an area internationally renowned for its red wines.
