Come along and learn how to make some Zucchini & Sweet Corn Fritters with Tomato Relish.
There will be some Basic knife skills shared, along with light vegetable preparation, making the fritter batter & pan frying skills, preparing the tomato relish as a group & individually plating the meal.
These fritter are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and are genuinely a tasty treat to every homes cooking repertoire.
Chef Dion will take each student through the process during a group demonstration, before sharing a work station and completing their own dish.
An adult is required to stay onsite with your child during this cooking program, a complimentary tea/coffee is provided for that person.
Your child is required to wear fully closed in shoes, bring their own water bottle.
