HSG AT THE GARDENS

57 GORLICKS ROAD, BRANYAN

We will gather under the fairylight paved area with a nice warm glass of Mulled Wine before heading towards our deluxe Yagoona BBQ campfire circle.

Enjoy some fresh Damper on arrival to the dining area before we settle in for a feast from the camp ovens.

Our culinary team will be preparing a hearty meal of:
Braised Lamb Shanks, Braised Chicken Drum Sticks,
Double Baked Sweet potatoes with Brown Sugar glaze, Heirloom Carrots & gravy.

Once our main meals digest, we will move in closer to enjoy the warmth of the fire as we toast some Marshmallows around the fire and introduce you to the concept of Smores.

Brett Doss from Wynestory will share his banter about the wines, our culinary team will be onsite to answer questions and share some tips and just generally enjoy a moment around the fire with great company.
