We will have the 5 piece ensemble from Bella Canna Strings playing throughout the evening.
and our culinary team will prepare a 4 course menu for your enjoyment.
Amouse Bouche- Fiano- Crocodile & Prosciutto medallion with a Lemongrass broth.
Entree- Rose- Confit Quail leg with pan fried Quail Breast with a Beetroot Relish.
Main- Cab Sav- Braised Osso Bucco, Beef Marrow, Sourdough Garlic Crisp & Root Vegetables.
Dessert- Shiraz – Date pudding with accompaniments of chocolate, chilli & blackberry.
(Sorry, due to the nature of this event, there is no extra dietary factored. This menu can however be adjusted for GF folks.)
