Come along and try a number of different meats & vegetables that have been cooked over open fire grills.
We will be exploring different cooking techniques using the Yagoona BBQ’s that are wood powered and fitted with a number of different cooking plates, grills and adapted methods.
Working with different proteins, we will be letting you try food cooked across each different style and you can find your favourite.
The bar will be open for tap beer, cocktails, along with the cafe.
$48per adult will include a sample plate of meats from the swords- Pork, Chicken & lamb, along with a main meal of meats & veg cooked over the fire. Children will be able to enjoy a smaller plate of the main meal for $22.
A dessert option will be available on the night.
