HSG Valentines Dinner Special - HSG At The Gardens

Cherish this Valentines Day Dinner with a flexible ticket that allows you to choose your decor, your menu and your arrival time.

We will be running with a number of different themed experiences on the same night to allow each couple to build their very own Romantic Experience.

The Bromeliad Terrace will be getting the glam decor package with silk sashing to the ceiling, a Chandelier installed & a waterfall of fairylights as a table divider, plus a multi tier fairylight candle centrepiece & white table linen & a 3 course meal. $75pp complimentary tap beer, house wine or softdrink on arrival.

The Cordyline Terrace will be having white table linen & a floating tealight candle vase and overhead festoon lighting with a 2 course meal. $55pp complimentary tap beer, house wine or softdrink on arrival.

The Hibiscus Room is our Fairylight Den, also having white table linen & a tealight candle with a 3 course meal. $65pp complimentary tap beer, house wine or softdrink on arrival.

The evening meal will consist of:

Course 1- Basil & Macadamia Pesto Bread (GF option available)

Course 2- Braised Beef Cheeks & Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon, Creamy mash potato, seasonal greens & a red wine sauce. Served on a share platter for 2 to help themselves. (GF)

Vegetarian Option- Double Baked Pumpkin with a Curried Vegetable Quinoa Salad served warm. (Please request this option at time of ticket purchase)

and for those that choose the Bromeliad Terrace, you get to look forward to dessert.

Course 3- A share platter dessert paddle consisting of- Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee, Macaroons & Choc Raspberry Brownie Bites. (GF)

Hibiscus Room Course 3- Baked Passionfruit Cheesecake with Berry Coulis. (GF)

Soft background music will be played throughout the evening and this is an adults only event please. We appreciate your understanding.

Booking Times- Due to it being a midweek event, the bar will be open from 5:30pm, food service will begin from 6:15pm.
