Morning Session- Kids Intermediate Cooking Class Program #3 Asian Theme - HSG At The Gardens

We have decided to run an Intermediate Kids Program.

Its a 5 session commitment over the school term and on the 5th session, your child, as part of a team with Chef Dion will produce an Asian Style buffet for your families enjoyment.

It’s essentially a skills advancement program, allowing your child to truly engage with cooking, being confident around the gas cookers, mixing flavours and honing on knife skills.

These classes will be tailored for kids from 11-16years old and there will be all foods supplied.

Kids will have access to an apron, knives & all kitchen stuff and will need to wear enclosed footwear & bring a water bottle with them.

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS- 11:30AM TIL 1:15PM

WEDNESDAY 19/07/23- Tempura Vegetables with dipping sauce

WEDNESDAY 02/08/23- Vegetarian Pad Thai

WEDNESDAY 16/08/23- Sweet & Sour Chicken with Rice

WEDNESDAY 06/09/23- Coconut Creme Caramel with Candied Lime

THURSDAY 07/09/23- Family Dinner enjoying all of the above. Kids 3:30-5:30pm, Family Dinner from 6:00pm at HSG

All food will be supplied throughout the program and there are provisions allocated for a family of 4 on the Tuesday night. Extra kids can join in for $15pp.

These sessions are non transferable for other sessions and must be used in the sequence as listed above.
