Our Culinary team will showcase a number of local ingredients, some familiar and some a little less mainstream.
The essence of these degustation experiences is allowing everyone to build on their taste palettes, enjoy the company of other like minded folks and being able to ask questions and interact with both Chef Dion & Chef Jack.
Each course will be introduced and whilst we havent officially paired a drinks list for this experience, the full bar will be open and our front of house team will be there to look after your needs.
The snapshot of the menu, subject to availability closer to the time, but we are thinking we should be right:
Amouse Bouche- Tuna Mornay- Torched fish on toast with Smoked Tomato
Entree 1- Radish, Pear, Lemon Mrytle Salad
Entree 2- Hassleback Sweet Potato, fermented Bunya Nut, Smoked Paprika Dressing
Main- Fire Grilled Pork Cutlet, Mustard Leaf, Black Apple (for Vegetarians, a substitute will be offered)
Dessert- Fig Jam Roly Poly, Custard (for GF guests, a substitute will be offered)
