Street Food Afternoon @ HSG - HSG At The Gardens

Get ready for a culinary adventure like no other! Open Fire Cooking down by the shade of the Paperbark Trees.

Relax with some background tunes, cool drinks and watch the food be cooked over the open fire using two different methods.

The planned menu will be:

Using the Tripod frame over fire- Sides of locally caught fish- Slow Cooked Fish Tacos

Roasted Hassleback Sweet Potatoes with Finger Lime Aioli

From the Yagoona BBQ- Local Endeavour Prawns & Spinach Risotto

Pork Belly Bites with Apple Slaw

We will have a limited bar service available and we will be pouring Sparkling wine, Rose & Sav B- by the glass or bottle, Plus a range of ballistic beers.

Dress comfortably, this is a relaxed experience to simply enjoy the outdoors and have someone do the cooking for you.

All foods are included in the ticket price & the bar will be cash or card.

This is a small group format only & is a ticketed event for catering purposes. Food service will start at 2:30pm.
