Your Strawberry Themed Menu:

Entree–

Grilled Endeavour Prawns topping a Strawberry Bruschetta, Balsamic Glaze (Pocket Storehouse Sourdough)

Main–

Grilled Chicken with a Roasted Strawberry BBQ glaze, Avocado, Barritt’s Smoked Bacon & Roasted Pritchard’s Sweet Potatoes- GF.

Dessert–

Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse with Cointreau Passionfruit Gel & Vanilla Anglaise- GF.

Please Note- This meal can be have a modified entree to be Gluten free, though due to the nature of this event, no other dietary can be factored in.

Drinks- There will be a special Strawberry Themed Cocktail package that can added to your food ticket at time of purchase or there will be a range of softdrinks and a basic range of beer & wine available on the night for purchase via eftpos sales.

Michael & Debbie have also included as a take home goodie bag- 500g of fresh Strawberries per person and a preserve or jam of your choice. Extras will be available for purchase on the night for those stocking up for awesome season.
