Join us for this Long Table Signature Dinner and dine with the Growers. Michael & Debbie will share some stories of this years season and expect a menu that features their berries across all 3 courses.

The proposed menu will be:

Entree:
Chicken & Spinach Roulade with Grilled Sweet Potato and a Strawberry, Mango & Chilli Sauce

Main:
Grilled Pork Cutlet with Strawberry & Black Pepper Glaze, Duo Potato bake and Rosengal Beans.

Dessert:
Strawberry Dream Pie – Macadamia Biscuit shell, Strawberry Jelly, Strawberry Mousse, strawberry compote (GF)

We will have our mobile bar available for limited drink purchases on the night (Beer, Wine, Strawberry Cocktail & Mocktail Specials), plus Bargara Berries will have Fresh Berries, Preserves & Chutneys and soft drink available for purchase.

We will also have live music with thanks to local artist- Isaac Maher.
